AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. The Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety and the term thereof is hereby extended as hereinafter provided.

XXXXXXXXX, an individual (the “Executive”) dated October 17, 2007 (the “Agreement”), is entered into on December 29, 2008 for the purposes stated hereinafter.
AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated effective as of December 17, 2010, by and between METRO BANCORP, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation (“Metro”), and METRO BANK, a Pennsylvania bank and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Metro (“Bank”), and Gxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx (“Executive”).
AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. On the Effective Date (as defined in the Merger Agreement), the Employment Agreement shall automatically terminate in its entirety and the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A shall automatically become effective.
