General Liability Insurance from Building Lease

THIS LEASE, is made and entered into this 27th day of January, 2015, by and between FLAGSHIP ENTERPRISE CENTER, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord") and ALTAIRNANO (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant").

General Liability Insurance. Landlord, utilizing payment by Tenant of Tenant's proportionate share of such insurance, shall maintain in full force and effect throughout the Lease Term a policy of commercial general liability insurance naming Tenant as an additional insured, which shall include bodily injury, property damage and personal liability insurance with respect to the Leased Premises and all operations in which the limits of liability shall not be less than a combined single limit of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00).
