Coverage B. As respects all other policies, the Company shall retain and be liable for the first $388,000,000 of ultimate net loss arising out of each loss occurrence. The Reinsurer shall then be liable, as respects each excess layer, for the amount by which such ultimate net loss exceeds the Company's applicable retention, but the liability of the Reinsurer under each excess layer shall not exceed the amount, shown as "Reinsurer's Per Occurrence Limit" for the excess layer in Schedule A attached hereto, as respects any one loss occurrence, nor shall it exceed the amount, shown as the "Reinsurer's Term Limit" for the excess layer in Schedule A attached hereto, as respects all loss occurrences during the term of this Contract.
Coverage B. Excess Medical does not cover any of the following supplies or services or costs thereof:
Coverage B. A. The Company shall retain and be liable for the first six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) of Ultimate Net Loss arising out of each Loss Event, whether involving one or several of the Company’s Policies or Insureds. The Reinsurer shall then be liable for the amount by which such Ultimate Net Loss exceeds the Company’s retention, but the liability of the Reinsurer shall not exceed two million two hundred thousand dollars ($2,200,000) excess of six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) as respects any one Loss Event, nor more than two million two hundred thousand dollars ($2,200,000) during the applicable annual period. Recoveries from Coverages A and C shall inure to the benefit of this Coverage B.
Coverage B. The Reinsurer shall indemnify the Company for 25% (twenty five percent) of the paid portion of all Ultimate Net Loss and Loss Adjustment Expenses arising out of Large Lines Real Estate General Liability Business in excess of 60% (sixty percent) to 125% (one hundred and twenty-five percent) of the Net Earned Premium allocable to Large Lines Real Estate General Liability Business up to a maximum amount equal to 16.25% (sixteen and one-quarter percent) of Net Earned Premium for Large Lines Real Estate General Liability Business.
Coverage B. “You” may add an amount equal to the “limit” shown on the “declarations” for Coverage B – Related Private Structures to the “limit” shown on the “declarations” for Coverage A – Residence “limit” when there are no detached related private structures on the “insured premises”. If at the time of loss the combined replacement cost of all detached related private structures on the “described location”, excluding fences, driveways, sidewalks, and inground pools, is less than the Coverage B “limit”, the difference may be added to the Coverage A “limit”.

Coverage B. Employer’s Liability • Bodily Injury by accident - $1,000,000 per accident • Bodily Injury by disease - $1,000,000 policy limit/$1,000,000 each employee • There shall be no deductible or self-insured retention. Such policies shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the parties names as Additional Insureds below. Such insurance shall be in strict accordance with the applicable workers’ compensation laws in effect during performance of the Work by CONSULTANT or any subconsultant of any tier. All subconsultants of any tier performing any portion of the Work for CONSULTANT shall also obtain and maintain the same insurance coverage as specified in this subparagraph, with a waiver of subrogation in favor of CONSULTANT and all parties named as Additional Insureds below. SBCTA and CONSULTANT must be certificate holders and must be provided at least 30 days advance notice of cancellation, unless the cancellation is for non-payment, then at least 10 days advance notice of cancellation shall be provided. Where coverage is provided through the California State Compensation Insurance Fund, the requirement for a minimum A.M. Best rating does not apply.

Coverage B. PERSONAL PROPERTY is ex- tended to include equipment, supplies, and furnish- ings usual and incidental to this business occupancy. This Optional Policy Provision does not include electronic data processing system equipment or the recording or storage media used with that equipment or merchandise held as samples or for sale or for delivery after sale. The Option IO limits are shown in the Declarations. The first limit applies to property on the residence premises. The second limit applies to property while off the residence premises. These limits are in ad- dition to the COVERAGE B – PERSONAL PROP- ERTY, Special Limits of Liability on property used or intended for use in a business.
