Additional Insured. City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds with respect to damages and defense arising from the ownership, maintenance or use of automobiles owned, leased, hired, or borrowed by the Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers. Additional insured status for City shall apply until the expiration of time within which a claimant can bring suit per applicable state law.
Additional Insured. Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile Liability, and Pollution Liability Insurance shall include the State of Washington and all authorized Purchasers (and their agents, officers, and employees) as Additional Insureds evidenced by copy of the Additional Insured Endorsement attached to the Certificate of Insurance on such insurance policies.
Additional Insured. By endorsement to the general liability insurance policy evidenced by Contractor, The City of Fernley, its officers, employees and immune contractors shall be named as additional insureds for all liability arising from this Contract.
Additional Insured. The State shall be named as additional insured on all commercial general liability policies (leases and construction contracts require additional insured coverage for completed operations) required of Contractor and Subcontractors.
Additional Insured. For the Commercial General Liability Insurance,Comprehensive Business Automobile Liability Insurance, and Garage Liability Insurance required below, the Contractor shall cause to be included in each of its policies ISO form CG 20 10 11 85 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage, such as the combination of CG 20 10 04 13 and CG 20 37 04 13), form CA 20 48 10 13 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage), and form CA 00 05 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage) naming as additional insureds: The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use the Contract and their officers, agents, and employees. An Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage shall be provided to OGS after renewal and/or upon request. A blanket Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage is also acceptable. For Contractors who are self-insured, Contractor shall be obligated to defend and indemnify the above-named additional insureds with respect to Commercial General Liability, Comprehensive Business Automobile Liability, and Garage Liability Insurance in the same manner that Contractor would have been required to pursuant to this section had Contractor obtained such insurance policies. As clarification, “The People of the State of New York” means the State of New York and its subsidiary governmental entities. This is the name in which the State, as a governmental entity, enters into contracts, takes title to property, and initiates legal actions. Using the term “People” does not mean that the insurer is insuring all residents of New York State; rather, it means that the State government is being insured.
Additional Insured. All insurance policies required by this Contract, except workers’ compensation, shall name City as an additional insured, and shall contain a waiver of subrogation against City, its agents and employees. Contractor shall provide, upon request a copy of an endorsement providing this coverage.
Additional Insured. All insurance coverage, except Workers’ Compensation insurance and Professional Liability insurance, if applicable, shall name, to the fullest extent permitted by law for claims arising out of the performance of this Agreement, the City, its agents, representatives, officers, directors, officials and employees as Additional Insured as specified under the respective coverage sections of this Agreement.
Additional Insured. An Additional Insured endorsement shall be provided to Sponsor naming Sponsor as additional insured under the commercial general liability policy.
Additional Insured. The Commercial General Liability insurance and Automobile Liability insurance required under this Contract shall include the State of Oregon, its officers, employees and agents as Additional Insureds but only with respect to Contractor's activities to be performed under this Contract. Coverage shall be primary and non-contributory with any other insurance and self-insurance.
Additional Insured. Provider shall have its insurance policies endorsed to provide: “The Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, and its members, employees, and agents, and any other entity as may be designated by the Board are named as additional insured on a primary basis without recourse or right of contribution from the Board.” The insurance company, or its representative, shall submit an insurance certificate evidencing all coverage as required hereunder and indicating the Additional Insured status as required above. The Board will not pay Provider for any Products or Services if satisfactory proof of insurance is not provided by Provider prior to the performance of any Services. The receipt of any certificate does not constitute agreement by the Board that the insurance requirements in this Agreement have been fully met or that the insurance policies indicated on the certificate are in compliance with the Agreement requirements. Provider’s failure to carry or document required insurance shall constitute an Event of Default. In the event Provider fails to fulfill the insurance requirements of this Agreement, the Board reserves the right to stop the Services until proper evidence of insurance is provided, or this Agreement may be terminated. Any deductibles or self-insured retentions on referenced insurance coverage must be borne by Provider. Any insurance or self-insurance programs maintained by the Board do not contribute with insurance provided by Provider under this Agreement. The coverages and limits furnished by Provider in no way limit Provider’s liabilities and responsibilities specified within this Agreement or by law. The required insurance is not limited by any limitations expressed in the indemnification language in this Agreement, if any, or any limitation that might be placed on the indemnity in this Agreement given as a matter of law.
