Additional Insured. City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds using the applicable ISO additional insured endorsement(s) or substitute forms providing equivalent coverage, in respects to damages and defense arising from: activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor; products and completed operations of Contractor; premises owned, occupied, or used by Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers. Additional insured status for City shall apply until the expiration of time within which a claimant can bring suit per applicable state law. Any failure by the Contractor to comply with reporting provisions of the policies shall not affect its obligations to the additional insureds.

Additional Insured. The State shall be named as additional insured on all commercial general liability policies (leases and construction contracts require additional insured coverage for completed operations) required of Contractor and Subcontractors.

Additional Insured. By endorsement to the general liability insurance policy evidenced by Contractor, The City of Fernley, its officers, employees and immune contractors shall be named as additional insureds for all liability arising from this Contract.

Additional Insured. The insurance coverage, except workers’ compensation and professional liability, required by this Contract, shall name City, its agents, representatives, directors, officials, and employees, as additional insured, and shall specify that insurance afforded Consultant shall be primary insurance, and that any self insured retention and/or insurance coverage carried by City or its employees shall be excess coverage, and not contributory coverage to that provided by Consultant. This provision and the naming of the City as an additional insured shall in no way be construed as giving rise to responsibility or liability of the City for applicable deductible amounts under such policy(s).
