Additional Insureds definition
Additional Insureds has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(a) of the Indenture.
Additional Insureds means the County, its successors and assigns, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives of the County and its successors and assigns.

Additional Insureds means the Owner Trustee (in its individual and ------------------- trust capacities), the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee (in its individual and trust capacities) and each of the Noteholders and each of the respective successors and permitted assigns and respective directors, officers and employees of the foregoing.
Additional Insureds means the Lessor, the Lessor Parent, DTC, the Security Trustee and the Holders.

For purposes of this definition, control of a Person means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management or policies of such Person, whether through the ownership of voting securities or interests having voting power, by agreement or otherwise.
Additional Insureds shall be to such term as utilized in the Lease.
