Additional Insureds definition

Additional Insureds has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(a) of the Indenture.

Additional Insureds means the County, its successors and assigns, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives of the County and its successors and assigns.

Additional Insureds has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Examples of Additional Insureds in a sentence

• If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, then the required Automotive Liability coverage shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds.

• That such policies are primary insurance to any other insurance available to the Additional Insureds, with respect to any claims arising out of this Agreement, and that insurance applies separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought.

• The Customer and DIR will be named as Additional Insureds on all required coverage.

More Definitions of Additional Insureds

Additional Insureds means the Owner Trustee (in its individual and ------------------- trust capacities), the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee (in its individual and trust capacities) and each of the Noteholders and each of the respective successors and permitted assigns and respective directors, officers and employees of the foregoing.

Additional Insureds means the Lessor, the Lessor Parent, DTC, the Security Trustee and the Holders.

Additional Insureds means the Indemnitees and each of them.

Additional Insureds shall be to such term as utilized in the Lease.

Additional Insureds is defined in Section 9.2.
