Additional Insureds has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(a) of the Indenture.

Additional Insureds means the County, its successors and assigns, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives of the County and its successors and assigns.

Examples of Additional Insureds in a sentence

If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, then the required Automotive Liability coverage shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds.
In addition, SCBE their officers, directors and employees shall be included as Additional Insureds.
All such insurance shall be in form and substance satisfactory to SCBE and shall provide that not less than thirty (30) days’ notice of cancellation or non-renewal, other than non-payment of premium which shall be ten (10) days’ notice, be provided to SCBE and all Additional Insureds and certificate holders.

More Definitions of Additional Insureds

Additional Insureds has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Additional Insureds means the Indemnitees and each of them.

Additional Insureds shall be to such term as utilized in the Lease.

Additional Insureds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(h)(v)(A). “Affiliate” means, with respect to any specified Person, any other Person who directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by or is under common control with the Person specified. For purposes of this definition, control of a Person means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management or policies of such Person, whether through the ownership of voting securities or interests having voting power, by agreement or otherwise.

Additional Insureds means the Security Trustee and the Holders.
