Project Management Committee definition

Project Management Committee means a committee, composed of one representative appointed by each of the Project Participants, which shall meet in person or by conference call from time to time and shall monitor performance of the Project and make reports and recommendations to the Board of Directors as it deems appropriate.
Project Management Committee means, indistinctively, the individual committee in each of Kyrgyz Republic and Republic of Tajikistan in charge of overall management and coordination of Part 2 and Part 3 of the Project, respectively, and coordination with the PMU.
Project Management Committee means the committee established in accordance with clause 5.

Subcontractors means contractors, vendors, agents, and consultants selected and retained by Supplier or the Client, respectively; Supplier’s Hardware means computer hardware or software that is owned, leased, or rented by or licensed to Supplier and used by Supplier to provide the Services identified in the Contract Statement of Work, including the provision of Supplier hosted private or public Cloud solutions; Supplier’s Products means hardware or software owned or licensed by Supplier and supplied by Supplier to the Client as part of the Services; Third Party Contracts means the written contracts listed in the Statement of Work or Order under which the Client receives or has the right to use software, hardware or services directly from the Third Party;
