Procurement Committee definition

Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

• The Department Procurement Committee reserve the right to accept or reject whole or part of this tender and their decision will be final.

More Definitions of Procurement Committee

Procurement Committee means a procurement committee of a public entity referred to in section 19;
