Project Coordinators. Each Party shall designate an individual (a “Project Coordinator”) to coordinate, on such Party’s behalf, the day-to-day interaction of and communication between the Parties under this Agreement. Each Project Coordinator shall possess the education, training and experience necessary to make him or her reasonably technically qualified to serve as a Project Coordinator. Each Party shall be free to replace its Project Coordinator with new a appointee who has authority to act on behalf of such Party, upon notice to the other Party.

Project Coordinators. EMC and Company will each designate a single point of contact, pursuant to sections 3.1 and 4.3 of the Agreement.

Project Coordinators a. Respondent’s Project Coordinator must have sufficient technical expertise to coordinate the Work. Respondent’s Project Coordinator may not be an attorney representing Respondent in this matter and may not act as a Supervising Contractor. Respondent’s Project Coordinator may assign other representatives, including other contractors, to assist in coordinating the Work. Notice or communication relating to this Settlement from the Division to Respondent’s Project Coordinator shall constitute notice or communication to Respondent.
Project Coordinators. Within 30 days of the Effective Date, each party will appoint one person to manage that parties’ day-to-day obligations as contemplated by this Agreement for that party (each a “Project Coordinator”) and will provide the contact information for such Project Coordinator to the other party.
