Joint Development Committee definition

Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.
Joint Development Committee or “JDC” means the committee to be established by the Parties pursuant to Section 2.3 (Joint Development Committee; Managers).

  • Alternatively, if the Parties agree, the Joint Development Committee may meet by means of teleconference, videoconference or other similar communications equipment.

Joint Development Committee or “JDC” means a committee composed as set forth in Section 4.04 and having the duties set forth in Section 4.05.
