Posting of Seniority List. The Administration shall post the seniority list twice annually by October 1 and March 1 of each work year. The seniority list shall be posted on the designated bulletin board in each building/work site and will indicate, by area of certification, license, or entry-level requirement, the first day worked, the date of Board resolution to hire, and the contract status (limited or continuing) of each employee. Said list shall be provided by the Superintendent to the Association President on or before the date of posting.

Posting of Seniority List. Within thirty (30) days after the signing of this Agreement the Employer shall post in a conspicuous place a list of employees arranged according to their seniority. Claims for corrections to such lists must be made to the Employer within thirty (30) days after posting and after such time the lists shall be regarded as correct. Copies of such list shall be forwarded to the Union at the same time as they are posted.
Posting of Seniority List. A seniority list containing the name and starting date of employees will be prepared and posted in the terminal every three (3) months on the bulletin board with sufficient copies for Stewards and Business Representatives. The list shall be in order of bargaining unit wide seniority and shall include the name of the employees, their seniority expressed in years to the third decimal point, their status (i.e. full-time, regular part-time, casual, or temporary), their job classification title, department/work unit/sector and campus at which they are employed, and the effective date upon which the seniority list was updated.

Said list shall be provided to the HEA president on or before the dates of posting. Part-time for purposes of this Article is defined in Section 7.06.

The HEA president shall review and offer corrections or approve the list no later than September 30. Once approved an official copy will be provided to the HEA president. The list will also be published on the district’s electronic mail system.
