List to the Union Clause Samples

The "List to the Union" clause establishes the requirement for an employer to provide the union with a list of employees, typically those covered by the collective bargaining agreement. In practice, this list may include names, job titles, departments, and contact information, and is usually updated at regular intervals or upon request. The core function of this clause is to ensure the union has accurate and up-to-date information about its members or potential members, enabling effective communication, representation, and administration of union activities.
