Other Software Supplier definition

Other Software Supplier means any supplier of software used in BB Internet Banking or used to access BB Internet Banking, other than us.

Other Software Supplier means any supplier of software used in Citibank Online or used to access Citibank Online, other than Citibank or any Other Citigroup Affiliate. "Alert" shall mean the customized messages alert contained notice from time to time including but not limited to product promotion and available balance information and other issues relating to Customer's Bank account(s). "SMS" shall mean Short Messaging Service, which is sent to Customer over his/her mobile phone. "E-Mail" shall mean Electronic Mail, which is sent to Customer, which is accessed via Customer Terminal. Other Software Supplier means any supplier of software used in Soneri Digital Banking or used to access Soneri Digital Banking, other than the Bank.  OTP – means a one-time password (OTP), which is a secret series/sequence of characters, also known as one-time PIN, and is a password that is valid for only one session or transaction under the Service, as sent by Soneri Bank to the User, to enter into the Service Software, for the purposes of User authentication.  Passwords – means the Activation Password, Login Password, OTP, and the Transaction Password.  Eligible Account – means a bank account maintained and operated by, and in the name of the User, held with SNBL.  Login Password – means a secret series/sequence of characters that is used to verify User's identity/access to the Service on the corresponding Account, as prompted upon the User's login to the Service Software, and may be modified by the User at any time.  Transactional Password – The User identifying code for carrying out financial transactions through the Service which is a secret series/sequence of characters/numbers that is created by the User and may be changed/reset from time to time as per the User's discretion or force by bank to change on a periodic basis.  Statement – denotes a bank statement issued by SNBL with respect to an Eligible Account, comprising a summary of financial transactions on the corresponding Eligible Account held by a User over a certain time period.  Business Days – The Bank’s normal business days are Monday through Friday, except for public holidays. However, access to the Soneri Digital Banking will generally be made available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
