Customer Software definition
Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;
Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including Specially Written Software and Assigned Software and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

The warranty in this Section 1.5.2(i) will not apply to Customer Software or if Customer uses the Software in any way that is not expressly permitted by Section 2 and the Documentation.
Further, Supplier shall remediate any critical vulnerabilities in the Software, including zero-day exploits, within 48 hours of a fix, solution or workaround becoming available, or implement mitigating controls to reduce any associated risk arising out of such vulnerabilities until a fix, solution, or workaround becomes available; for clarity, critical vulnerabilities as a result of Customer Software shall not be subject to the obligations of this Section 4.
More Definitions of Customer Software
Customer Software means any software identified as such in the Order Form together with all other software which is not identified as such in the Order Form but which is owned by or licensed to the Customer and which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services;
Customer Software means all computer programs and applications and related materials owned, licensed or used by the Customer (excluding the Software and Third-Party Software);
Customer Software means any software identified as such in the Call Off Order Form together with all other software which is not identified as such in the Call Off Order Form but which is owned by or licensed to the Customer and which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services;
Customer Software means the Software owned or licensed by Customer (other than the Supplier Software) that is used in connection with the Services, including the Software set forth in Exhibit 6, and any modification, enhancement or derivative work of the foregoing.
Customer Software means any software applications, programs, or other technologies Customer develops using SDK(s) or API(s), and that (a) are intended to access, function or interoperate with the Document Cloud Service, and (b) add substantial functionality and value beyond the Document Cloud Service itself. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer Software may be comprised of a Customer’s hosted service that interoperates with the Document Cloud Service.
Customer Software means any System owned or licensed by Customer or its Affiliates (including any software modules, modifications and enhancements thereto) which is listed in this Agreement and for which Administrator has been authorized by Customer or its Affiliates to utilize in performing the Services hereunder, but excluding any Administrator Software which Customer or its Affiliates have licensed.
Customer Software means the computer programs (whether in machine or optically readable format) and all Materials relating to such computer programs, owned, licenced or used by the Customer and/or its Affiliates. Customer Systems means the Customer Software and any Equipment and/or Tools owned or used by the Customer and/or its Affiliates. Data Exporter has the meaning set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 21 (Data Processing and Transfer). Data Importer has the meaning set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 21 (Data Processing and Transfer).
