Customer Content definition

Customer Content means all data, text, images, sounds, computer programs, photographs, pictures, illustrations, designs, icons, articles, audio clips, trademarks, logos, and video clips and any other information that is uploaded by or for the Customer in connection with use of the Services, and is owned by the Customer and/or Users including invitees of the Customer.
Customer Content means any content or information in the form provided or created by Customer that is accessed or stored in the System, but does not include any Derivative Content or System Content.
Customer Content means data (including but not limited to all text, sound, video, and image files), software (including machine images), and other information Customer or End Users store, use or make available to Dell on the APEX Service. Customer Content does not include System Data relating to Customer’s or End Users’ use of the APEX Service and which is described in the Service Offering Description.

Examples of Customer Content in a sentence

  • Customer Content will be made available for retrieval through extraction in a machine readable format as described in the Documentation.

  • Upon Customer’s written request made on or prior to expiration or termination of the Agreement (including any Transition Period), Workday shall give Customer limited access to the Service for a period of up to 60 days, at no additional cost, solely for purposes of retrieving Customer Content (“Retrieval Period”).

  • Workday shall have the right to only use Customer Content to provide the Service (including Improvements), subject to this Agreement.

  • As between Workday and Customer, Customer owns all right, title and interest to its Customer Content.

  • Clauses 1.1, 3, 4, 5 (for so long as Workday retains Customer Content), 6.1, 7, 8, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 10, and 11 will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Customer Content

Customer Content means any material that is (i) entered into the Sprinklr Account by Customer, an Agency or employee on behalf of or under the direction of Customer or (ii) published through the Sprinklr Account to the Connected Services for which Sprinklr has Connected Services Authorization.
Customer Content means the content of calls, facsimiles, SMS messages, voicemails, voice recordings, shared files, conferences or other communications transmitted or stored through the Services.
Customer Content means Content Customer or End Users load or use on the APEX Service. Customer Content does not include configuration, performance, and/or usage data that Dell collects in connection with the APEX Service.
Customer Content means all content Customer, or others acting on behalf of or through Customer, posts or otherwise inputs into the Services.
Customer Content means software (including machine images), data, text, audio, video, images, or other content of yours or a third-party that you or your Representative utilize with a Product or upload or transfer to the MCE Service.
Customer Content means (i) any data uploaded to a Cloud Service for storage or data in Customer's computing environment to which Company is provided access in order to perform Cloud Services or (ii) disclosed by Customer to Company for the purpose of receiving Maintenance and/or Consulting Services. Customer Content may be confidential in nature and is subject to the standard of care set forth in Section 6.
Customer Content means any information or data provided by you or your End Users in connection with your or your End Users’ use of the Solution, including any text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, files, attachments or other materials transmitted to us or stored or used on the Solution.
