Customer Content definition

Customer Content means any data, information, graphics or other media files or other content, including, but not limited to, course materials, provided by or for Customer or any end user of the Software through use of the Software, excluding any portion of the Software or Documentation.
Customer Content means any material that is (i) entered into the Sprinklr Account by Customer, an Agency or employee on behalf of or under the direction of Customer or (ii) published through the Sprinklr Account to the Connected Services for which Sprinklr has Connected Services Authorization.
Customer Content means data (including but not limited to all text, sound, video, and image files), software (including machine images), and other information Customer or End Users store, use or make available to Dell on the APEX Service. Customer Content does not include System Data relating to Customer’s or End Users’ use of the APEX Service and which is described in the Service Offering Description.

Examples of Customer Content in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding this Clause 6.2, DIGINEX may use de-identified or aggregate Customer Content for research and analysis purposes including, but not limited to, benchmarking to enhance the platform functionality and data accuracy for our customers.

  • Subject to 4.3 below, in the event this Agreement is terminated for any reason other than for the expiration of the Term or in accordance with clause 4,4, DIGINEX shall be entitled to restrict Customer’s access to the Product and delete any Customer Content entered into or stored on the Product .

  • DIGINEX is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its Authorized Users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation.

  • Customer exclusively owns all rights, title and interest in and to all Customer Content.

  • DIGINEX will maintain and administer a security policy with physical and technical safeguards designed to protect the security, integrity and confidentiality of the Customer Content.


More Definitions of Customer Content

Customer Content means all content Customer, or others acting on behalf of or through Customer, posts or otherwise inputs into the Services.
Customer Content means (i) any data uploaded to a Cloud Service for storage or data in Customer's computing environment to which Company is provided access in order to perform Cloud Services or (ii) disclosed by Customer to Company for the purpose of receiving Maintenance and/or Consulting Services. Customer Content may be confidential in nature and is subject to the standard of care set forth in Section 6.
Customer Content means the content of calls, facsimiles, SMS messages, voicemails, voice recordings, shared files, conferences or other communications transmitted or stored through the Services.
Customer Content means Content Customer or End Users load or use on the APEX Service. Customer Content does not include configuration, performance, and/or usage data that Dell collects in connection with the APEX Service.
Customer Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), non-Supplier or third-party applications, and any other content, communications or material, in any format; and any system, network, or infrastructure provided or made accessible by Customer or its End
Customer Content means software (including machine images), data, text, audio, video, images, or other content of yours or a third-party that you or your Representative utilize with a Product or upload or transfer to the MCE Service.
Customer Content means any data, text or other content that Customer or any User transfers to Entrust for processing, storage or hosting by the Hosted Service and any computational results that Customer or any User derives from the foregoing through its use of the Hosted Service, and includes Administration Information.
