Citibank Online means the platform designated as “Citibank Online” (including such website, channel or other electronic means (including by way of the Citi Mobile® App) thereto) or such other name as may be amended from time to time and is operated by or on behalf of a Citigroup Company through which internet banking services, products, features and/or functionalities offered by such Citigroup Company from time to time to me.

  • If there is any conflict between the provisions contained in this Agreement and the provisions of the Citibank ATM/Debit Card terms and conditions, the Telephone Banking Service terms and conditions, the Citibank Online Internet Banking terms and conditions and/or Other Terms and Conditions the former shall prevail and apply and the latter shall be deemed to be modified so far only as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Each Joint Holder shall have separate and independent access to the Bank’s Branch Offices, Citibank Online electronic banking service and CitiPhone phone banking service, as well as toany other communication channels with theBank specified intheTerms and Conditions.

  • Citibank Online offers you smart and user-friendly online banking environment and gives you the freedom to manage your accounts, transfer funds online, pay your bills.

  • Further, in the event the Obligor(s) opt to use the 24-Hour CitiPhone Facility and/or the Citibank Online Internet Banking Facility and/or the CitiAlert Mobile Banking Facility, the Obligor(s) expressly agrees to read, understand and be bound by the applicable terms and conditions for the concerned facilities and usage of any of the said facilities shall be deemed acceptance of the concerned terms and conditions.

  • You may nominate your CA PIN by logging on to Citibank Online or to the Citi Mobile App.

  • I/We hereby acknowledge to have received, read, understood and agreed to be bound by the general terms and conditions governing my/our accounts, Citibank ATM Card, Checkbook, Citibank Online, Citi Electronic Statements, Citi Alerts and 24 Hour Citiphone which appear in a separate brochure/manual as well as separate documents relative to said account(s).
