Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
Custom Software means Software developed as a Deliverable or in connection with the Agreement.

In accordance with 45 C.F.R. Part 95.617, all appropriate federal agencies will have a royalty-free, nonexclusive, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, translate, or otherwise use, and to authorize others to use for government purposes all Work, materials, Custom Software and modifications thereof, source code, associated documentation designed, developed, or installed with Federal Financial Participation under the Contract, including but not limited to those materials covered by copyright.
The Deliverables for this project are designated as complex Custom Software (“Software Deliverable”) and will require additional time for HHSC review.
More Definitions of Custom Software
Custom Software means any software developed by the HMO: for HHSC; in connection with the Contract; and with funds received from HHSC. The term does not include HMO Proprietary Software or Third Party Software.

Custom Software. Software, including without limitation Interfaces, designed, developed or produced by Contractor under the Contract as Work Product, but excluding Proprietary Software and Contractor Technology.
