Font Software definition
Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.
Font Software means coded software that is accom- panied by this Agreement or for which You are about to purchase a license and which generates typeface designs when used with the appropriate hard- and software plus any and all other data including documentation provided with such software.
Font Software means the software developed and produced by Optimo which, when used with the appropriate hardware and software, allows for the generation of the typographic characters (fonts) available on Optimo’s website. “Licensed Fonts” shall mean the typographic characters (fonts) purchased by you as specified in your purchase order (the “Order”). Rte des Acacias 43 CH–1227 Genève The License authorizes you to install and use the Font Software on one or sev- eral storage medium(s) (the “Licensed Unit”) for one or several specific use(s) as defined below in Article 2 (“Permitted License Uses”). The Licensed Unit(s) and the Permitted License Use(s) covered by the purchased License are specified by the Licensee when placing his/her Order. By downloading and/or installing the Font Software, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you expressly agree with them without reservation.

Upon termination of the Agreement, you must destroy the original and any and all copies of the Font Software.
Any copies that you are expressly permitted to make pursuant to the Agreement must contain the same copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices that appear on or in the Font Software.
If the Font Software contains embedding bits that indicate that the Font Software is only authorized for certain purposes, you may not change or alter the embedding bits.
Trademarks can only be used to identify printed output produced by the Font Software.
You may not copy the Font Software, except as expressly provided herein.

Font Software. (hereinafter “Font”): Any font in any digital format.
Font Software means software or instructions which generate a typeface on screen or in print.
Font Software have identical meanings in this agreement. They are defined as the designs of the Fonts and the Software identified on Your Sales Receipt that produces a typeface design(s) together with any other artworks that may be associated with the Font.
Font Software is used for “Font”, “The Typeface”, “The Software”, or any combination thereof.
Font Software. (“Fonts”) is the desktop font software (OTF files) specified on your sales receipt and the typeface designs and concepts embodied by that font software as well as any media, documentation, updates, or artwork that may be associated with the Fonts now or in the future.
Font Software includes any and all updates, upgrades, expansions, modified versions and working copies of the Font Software to which the licensee, i.e. a natural person or legal person, has accordingly been granted a license. The Font Soft- ▇▇▇▇ remains and shall remain, now and in the future, the property of Lineto GmbH.
Font Software means the software as specified in the Order which, when used with the appropriate hardware and software, allows for the display of the Typeface, and “Order” shall mean the order placed with Swiss Typefaces when acquiring the license to use the Typeface and Font Software. For the purposes of this ▇▇▇▇, “Licensee” shall mean the individual placing the Order and named as such in the Order. It is not permitted to purchase the license on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
