Font Software definition

Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.
Font Software means coded software that is accom- panied by this Agreement or for which You are about to purchase a license and which generates typeface designs when used with the appropriate hard- and software plus any and all other data including documentation provided with such software.
Font Software means the software developed and produced by Optimo which, when used with the appropriate hardware and software, allows for the generation of the typographic characters (fonts) available on Optimo’s website. “Licensed Fonts” shall mean the typographic characters (fonts) purchased by you as specified in your purchase order (the “Order”). By downloading and/or installing the Font Software, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you expressly agree with them without reservation.

  • Reproduction/ Modification of Font Software Any reproduction, adaptation, translation, alteration, or creation of derivative software using any data contained within the Font Software.
