Supported Software definition

Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.
Supported Software with regard to this Run On Premise Model means any Software (as defined in the Outsourcing Agreement) that Partner provides services for to End Users under the relevant Outsourcing Agreement.
Supported Software means Software for which Support Services were purchased, but always excluding Third-Party Products, their related instruction manuals and documentation.

More Definitions of Supported Software

Supported Software means the Software installed on Your premises that are under a current and valid license and for which You purchased Services, and does not include any modifications made by You or a third party on Your behalf, any modifications to the Supported Software made by NVIDIA pursuant to a consulting services agreement or any portion of the Supported Software not developed by NVIDIA.
