Commissioning Tests definition

Commissioning Tests means the tests performed (including any repetition thereof) during the commissioning phase, including those set forth in Section 3 of this Attachment S, to demonstrate that the applicable Equipment or system is ready for use to receive Natural Gas and produce LNG for Performance Tests.
Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

More Definitions of Commissioning Tests

Commissioning Tests means the tests to be carried out to determine the Commissioning of the Unit or Facility, as the case may be, in accordance with the Testing Procedures specified and as defined in this agreement;
