Test definition

Test means such test as is prescribed by the particulars or considered necessary by the Inspecting Officer whether performed or made by the Inspecting Officer or any agency acting under the direction of the Inspecting Officer;
Test has the meaning stated in Section 3.4(a).

  • If the preliminary report indicates that any of the representations and warranties fails or is deemed to fail any Test, the related Mortgage Loan Seller shall have ninety (90) days (the “Cure/Contest Period”) to remedy or otherwise refute the failure.
