Carbon Targets definition

Carbon Targets means the target net CO2 emissions (equivalent to a 60% reduction in CO2 emissions for the Student Accommodation and a 40.7% reduction within the Flexible Employment/Community/Education Space over the Building Regulations 2013 Part L baseline) as set out within the Application Energy Statement;
Carbon Targets means the target net CO2 emissions (equivalent to a 48.6% reduction in CO2 over a Building Regulations 2013 Part L2A baseline compliant development for the non-domestic parts of the Development) as set out within the Application Energy Strategy; “Commencement” means the carrying out of a material operation as defined in sections 56(2) and (4) of the 1990 Act in respect of the Development or the relevant part thereof as the context requires and “Commence” and “Commenced” shall be construed accordingly; “Completion” means: (a) in respect of any discrete section (element) of the Development completed separately from the other discrete sections (elements) and which is the subject of a certificate of sectional practical completion, the issue of such certificate of sectional practical completion in respect of that discrete section (element) by the Developer’s duly appointed architect or other project consultant designated by the Developer for that purpose; and (b) in respect of the Development as a whole, the issue of a certificate of practical completion of the Development by the Developer’s architect or other project consultant designated by the Developer for that purpose, and “Complete”, “Completed” and “Completion Date” shall be construed accordingly;

Related to Carbon Targets

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Acquisition Target means any Person becoming a Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; any Person that is merged into or consolidated with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; or any Person with respect to which all or a substantial part of that Person’s assets are acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Antigen means a substance recognized by the body as being foreign; it results in the production of specific antibodies directed against it.

  • Opioid antidote means any drug, regardless of dosage amount or method of administration, which has been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of an opioid overdose. “Opioid antidote” includes, but is not limited to, naloxone hydrochloride, in any dosage amount, which is administered through nasal spray or any other FDA-approved means or methods.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Anti-Static Product means a product that is labeled to eliminate, prevent, or inhibit the accumulation of static electricity. “Anti-Static Product” does not include “Electronic Cleaner,” “Floor Polish or Wax,” “Floor Coating,” and products that meet the definition of “Aerosol Coating Product” or “Architectural Coating.”

  • Development rights means any right or combination of rights reserved by a declarant in the declaration to:
