Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Research Budget means the budget for the Collaborative Research on a Fiscal Year basis and as reflected in Appendix 3.

More Definitions of Research Budget

Research Budget means the budget for the Research Plan as agreed to by the Parties.
