KPI Target definition
KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in relation to each KPI;

Annex 1 of Schedule 8 (Key Performance Indicators) describes the additional measures available to HSE in the event of a failure to achieve a KPI Target.
Failure to achieve a KPI Target in respect of KPIs 1-3 (but not, for the avoidance of doubt, KPI 4) shall result in the Provider not having access to (i) the full amount of the Provider Profit attached to that KPI Target and (ii) the full apportioned share of any Gain Share Funds attached to that KPI Target.
The level of failure to achieve a KPI Target shall be categorised in accordance with Annex 1 of Schedule 8 (Key Performance Indicators).

KPI Target. “Know-How” means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI; means all ideas, concepts, schemes, information, knowledge, techniques, methodology, and anything else in the nature of know-how relating to the Goods and Services but excluding know-how already in the Supplier's or the Authority's possession before the Commencement Date;
