Project Consultant definition

Project Consultant means a professional engineer, architect or other specialist duly registered or licensed under laws of Nova Scotia engaged directly by Halifax Water.

Project Consultant and “Consultant” as used herein shall mean the person(s) or firm(s) designated by Fund as the Consultant(s) for the Project(s).

Project Consultant means a project consultant appointed or retained by the Lender and approved by the Company (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) to review, on behalf of the Lender, Construction Budgets, Construction Schedules, ongoing construction of any Farm Project, and/or other matters related to any Farm Project. To the extent a Project Consultant has not been appointed or retained, the references in this Agreement to Project Consultant and related provisions shall have no force and effect and any required approvals, consents or other actions of the Project Consultant which are required or to be performed shall be deemed given or performed, as the case may be.

Examples of Project Consultant in a sentence

• To the extent any federal appropriation has or will be provided for the Project, or any federal requirement is imposed on the Project, Consultant agrees that Consultant will comply with all relevant laws, rules and regulations imposed on City and/or Consultant necessary for receipt of the federal appropriation.

• Each sample shall be clearly identified on a tag attached, showing the name of the Project Consultant, the project number and title, the names of the Contractor, manufacturer (and supplier if same is not the manufacturer), the brand name or number identification, pattern, color, or finish designation and the location in the work.

• Contractor shall be responsible for all costs of packing, shipping and incidental expenses connected with delivery of the samples to the Project Consultant or other designated address.

• Contractor shall submit information concerning the ownership and workforce composition of Contractor’s firm as well as its subcontractors and suppliers, by completing Schedule D, Ownership, Ethnicity, and Gender Questionnaire, and Schedule E, Project Consultant Team, attached and incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement.

• These Contract Documents, and their requirements for the Project Consultant are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

More Definitions of Project Consultant

Project Consultant means the consultant appointed for monitoring and reviewing the progress of the Project in conformity with the milestones, targets and objectives as contained in this Agreement and shall submit reports to the Authority and Project Monitoring Committee;

Project Consultant means and includes all architects (excluding only the Architectural Consultant), landscape architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, environmental engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and other architects, designers, engineers, consultants and professionals engaged to provide services with respect to the applicable Fannie Mae Enhanced Development.

Project Consultant means the “Software Technology Parks of India” that has invited the bids for selection of Bidder (SI) and with which the selected SI signs the Contract for the Services and to which the selected SI shall supply the necessary hardware and provide services as per the terms and conditions of the RFT.

Project Consultant means DiPerna Economic Development Advisors.

Project Consultant means Architect & consultant engaged by Bidder for the purpose of assisting MPH&IDB in the Process of completion of Govt. Facilities & all the fee etc. payable to project consultant or Architect shall be paid by Bidder from his own pocket throughout the Implementation of the Project.

Project Consultant means any project consultant appointed by the Lender, in consultation with the Borrower;

Project Consultant means any consultant, contractor, or other third party whose work product gives rise to any Eligible Cost or who is hired by City in connection with the Project Approvals; and “Claims” means any and all claims, potential claims, causes of action, and potential causes of action for breach of contract and/or professional negligence, regardless of whether such claims or causes of action accrue prior to or after the effective date of this Agreement.
