Community Space definition

Community Space means the space to be designated for community uses for the Affordable Units, in accordance with the Scope of Development (Attachment No.4).
Community Space means areas in School District Facilities that are used by the public for recreation programs and activities.
Community Space means an area designated by a property owner or a government agency to accommodate human foot traffic for civic, ceremonial, or other community events or social gatherings.

Examples of Community Space in a sentence

  • The toilet and bathroom or any other room on the roof shall be part of the Community Space.

  • During the Covenant Period, the Community Space shall be utilized for the benefit of residents of the Affordable Units in accordance with the parameters set forth in the Scope of Development (Attachment No. 4 to the DDA).

  • Student acknowledges that Living Learning Community Program Charges are non-refundable and assessed in full by semester to the OASIS account of all Students in a Living- Learning Community Space for any portion of the semester.

  • Otherwise the Owner shall locate the Community Space elsewhere on the Owner’s Property, as determined by the Owner in the Owner’s sole discretion.

  • Student acknowledges that Living Learning Community Program Charges are non-refundable and assessed in full by semester to the Student Self Service account of all Students in a Living-Learning Community Space for any portion of the semester.

Community Space means an area of space within the Flexible
Community Space means exclusive space for local community service programs such as, but not limited to, recreation, employment training, settlement services, youth and seniors programs, arts and cultural activities, and other community service programs for local residents;
