Collaboration Know-How definition
Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How and Materials discovered, created, conceived, developed or reduced to practice in the course of performing activities under the Collaboration Program (whether solely by one Party or jointly by the Parties, in each case with their Affiliates or any Third Parties or any employees, consultants or agents of any of the foregoing which perform activities under the Collaboration Program).
Collaboration Know-How means Know-How that is within the Collaboration Intellectual Property.
Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How that is discovered, made or developed after the Effective Date by or on behalf of either or both Parties’ (or their Affiliates’) employees or Third Parties acting on such Party’s behalf, in each case in the course of such Party’s performance of the Collaboration, other than Know-How that constitutes a Genzyme [***] Process Improvement or a Voyager [***] AAV Technology Improvement.
