Community Groups. Within Aberdeenshire there is a move to a more locality focused asset-based approach which considers, at a local level, the needs of the community and matches that with local resources, building capacity and identifying opportunities for development. In each locality there are a variety of community organisations and groups which provide support, contributing towards the priorities in the Alcohol and Drug Strategy2. Community Groups. To the knowledge of Yamana: (i) no authorized legal representative of any community in the vicinity of any of the Yamana Material Properties has communicated in writing to Yamana or any of its Subsidiaries a requirement that (A) the consent of such community be obtained as a condition to continued operation of any such properties or (B) a material increase in the compensation payments payable by Yamana or any of its Subsidiaries under any community development or social framework or similar agreements as a condition to the continued operation of such properties.
Community Groups. On occasion, some CITY agencies take 20 interest in a particular neighborhood in order to revitalize its appearance. As part of their 21 clean-up activities, “No Parking” signs (often with “Tow Away” enforcement) may be 22 posted. These actions significantly reduce the impact of parking and benefit the 00 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Sweeping Service program. Groups performing these activities include, 24 but are not limited to Department of Transportation’s Community Services, Project 25 Crackdown, the Strong Neighborhoods Initiative, and individual Council District Offices.
Community Groups a) must provide their next year’s schedule, before the end of October, to ensure the availability of space; b) should give reasonable notice that previously reserved space will not be used in order to allow STH to make such space available to others;
