Web-Based Services. Symantec may include anti-theft Web-based services as an integral part of the Software and Services, including a client software agent installed on Your Device that relays information from the installed client software agent to Symantec servers which may allow You to (i) track the location of the Device; (ii) disable access to the Device (if available); (iii) wipe data from Your Device;
Web-Based Services. Ensemble shall permit the Staffing Company for the term of this Agreement to use Ensemble’s web-based recruiting platform, (xxXxxxxxxx.xxx), its web-enabled workforce management solution (“Ensemble Software”), as the hub of electronic communication between the Staffing Company and Ensemble for tasks including but not limited to the input and submission of Temporary Workers for assignment(s) at the Customer site as well as timesheet entry by Temporary Workers. Ensemble Software will be used solely in connection with the services provided by the Staffing Company hereunder. Ensemble retains all right, title and interest in and to the Ensemble Software. The Staffing Company shall refrain from taking any steps to reverse assemble, reverse compile or otherwise derive a source code version of the Ensemble Software. The Staffing Company shall not license or distribute the Ensemble Software, and expressly acknowledges that it is proprietary to Ensemble and is subject to restrictions on any use other than specifically set forth in this paragraph. The Staffing Company shall execute any additional agreements regarding its use of the Ensemble Software required from time to time by Ensemble or by any vendor providing software or information technology services to Ensemble.
Web-Based Services. The anti-theft feature of the Software and Services consists of a client software agent installed on Your Device that relays information from the installed client software agent to Symantec servers which (i) allows You to track the location of the Device; (ii) allows You to cause Your Device to ring and remotely initiate a call to Your Device through the Internet using Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) technology; and (iii) allows You to change certain settings on Your Device. Use of functionality of the Software and Services employing VoIP technology requires an Internet connection, whether through a cellular data plan or over a WiFi connection. Such Internet connection and use of the Software and Services VoIP functionality may cause you to incur applicable fees. You may not use the Software and Services in any way that could harm the Software and Services or impair any other user’s use of these services. You may not use these Software and Services to gain or attempt to gain, unauthorized access to any service, data, account or network by any means.
Web-Based Services. Sycamore’s OnLine Assistance Resource (SOLAR) The end user shall be entitled to access SOLAR, Sycamore’s problem reporting database, [*]. Web-Based Services. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, access to and use of Fera’s Web-based Services is subject to the terms of EULAs accompanying such product(s), the terms of which shall be incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.
