Use The Software definition
Use The Software means loading, executing, storing, transmitting, displaying, copying (for the purposes of loading, executing, storing, transmitting, or displaying) or otherwise using any Software and associated Documentation supplied as part of the Contractor Equipment and possessing the Media upon which such Software is provided;
Use The Software means load the machine executable form of the Software and store and run it on the Designated Equipment
Use The Software means to read all or any part of the Software, from magnetic or other storage media at the Location;

Use The Software means to carry out any action that causes execution of program code supplied by Abstract Micro Systems as part of the Software. Such actions include but are not limited to
