Engagement Model Clause Samples

The Engagement Model clause defines the structure and terms under which the parties will work together during the course of their business relationship. It typically outlines the roles and responsibilities of each party, the scope of services to be provided, and the processes for communication, reporting, and decision-making. For example, it may specify whether the engagement is project-based, retainer-based, or time-and-materials, and detail how changes to the scope are managed. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of how their collaboration will function, reducing misunderstandings and setting expectations for the working relationship.
