Use of Alcohol. Laws of the State of Indiana pertaining to the use of alcohol apply. A permit issued by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission is required to be displayed at the event and appropriate bartender/server permits issued by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission should be available at the event/performance. A copy of the permit is required to be submitted to the College thirty (30) days prior to the event. Renter must secure liquor liability insurance and have the College named as a co-insured.

Use of Alcohol. 1. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited and shall not be permitted in or on any municipal facilities operated by the Department, except beer and wine may be served for special occasions at the OASIS Senior Center, Newport Theatre Arts Center (NTAC), and Newport Coast Community Center (NCCC) when done in compliance with State of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations and approved in writing by the Recreation and Senior Services Director. Approval to serve beer and wine shall not be deemed to approve service of alcohol in violation of Section 25604 of the Business and Professions Code. The Recreation and Senior Services Director will require the permittee to pay City costs to provide additional security when alcohol is served.
Use of Alcohol. Renter’s Initials NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE PERMITTED AT YOUTH ORIENTED EVENTS. Youth oriented events include birthday parties, quinceaneras, youth fund- raising events, teen dances or any other event in which the primary participants are under 21 years of age. For all other events, alcohol service will end one hour before the end of the event and for no longer than six (6) hours maximum. All alcohol must remain inside the facility and fenced patio area. Alcohol is not permitted in the parking lot or any where outside the building and fenced patio area. All alcoholic beverages will be served from the beverage area other than wine served at a dinner or buffet, which may be placed on the tables. Alcohol SOLD by any means (selling tickets, donations, cost in admission, etc.) will require an Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Permit. In order to apply for this permit, Xxxxxx must obtain a letter from the City addressed to the Alcoholic Beverage Control advising the use of the facility. Use of Alcohol. Participant understands and agrees that Provider has an Alcohol Use Policy that specifically limits all Participants to the consumption of the equivalent of 3 - 12 oz. cans of beer or less during the entire time of the canoe rental; except as may be prohibited by any federal, state, county and/or local laws or ordinances. Participant further agrees to abide by said policy.

A copy of the representative’s driver’s license must be provided at least one (1) week prior to the event.  The third party must possess the appropriate local, state, and /or federal license(s)/permit(s).  The third party will provide a copy of license(s)/permit(s) and the number of expected guests one (1) week prior to event.  The third party shall be required to show proof of liability insurance sufficient to cover any liability, including attorney fees that may arise as a result of the use of alcohol at the event.  Ogeechee Technical College will require the presence of police officers when alcoholic beverages are being served and the fee will be included in the final xxxx.  The third party is responsible for purchasing, securing, and removing all alcohol from the facility at the conclusion of the event.  The third party must hire Ogeechee Technical College bartending staff to serve alcoholic beverages.  Cash bars are not permitted.  Kegs are not permitted.  Proof of legal drinking age will be requested of all guests consuming alcoholic beverages.  No one under the age of twenty-one (21) will be served alcoholic beverages at any event on campus.  Signs notifying attendees of legal drinking age and proof of legal drinking age requirements will be posted at all events serving alcohol.  Alcoholic beverages may not be served to on-duty personnel of Ogeechee Technical College.  Ogeechee Technical College bartending staff have the right to refuse service to anyone who is visibly or otherwise apparently intoxicated.  Service and consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted to the specified location as stipulated in the Request for Facilities Rental form.  All events where alcohol is served must have sufficient quantities of non-alcoholic beverages and food offerings for the duration of the event.  Any adv...

Use of Alcohol. The renter agrees there shall be no consumption of alcohol on the premises without prior agreement. A request to serve alcohol must be made in writing before the event.
