Security Personnel. No employee shall be required to physically intervene in resolving public disturbances or security concerns but are required to immediately inform senior management / security personnel of any disturbance that they cannot resolve themselves.
Security Personnel. The specified brands are mentioned to give an indication of the quality we will provide. In case of unavailability of materials/brands or any other circumstances, the Developer is not legally liable to provide the same brand, and may instead provide material from a brand of similar quality level. Security Personnel. Carriage House rentals are required to have a security person on site until the last gate is locked. The rate for one security person covers events up to 200 people and has been included in the rental rate fee schedule. Goodwood will secure and schedule the security person. For events over 200 persons, Goodwood will secure additional security persons at a rate of $35/per hour based up on one additional security person for every 100 people over 200. The hours for the additional security person(s) will be determined 30 days prior to the event. Fees for the additional security person’s hours will be determined and deducted from the Security Deposit.
Security Personnel. Landlord shall provide on-site security services, including security personnel in the North Lobby and the Parking Facilities, consistent with the services provided by landlords at Comparable Buildings (“Landlord’s Security Personnel”), the costs of which shall be included in Direct Expenses. Landlord hereby acknowledges that Tenant may, at its election and at its sole cost, hire security personnel (“Tenant’s Security Personnel”), and Tenant’s Security Personnel may staff the desk located in the North Lobby and the South Lobby; provided that (i) Tenant’s Security Personnel must not carry a firearm or other weapon in the Common Areas unless reasonably concealed, and Tenant’s Security Personnel shall not utilize any weapons when in any portion of the Project, except to the extent reasonably required in an emergency circumstance, (ii) Tenant’s Security Personnel must reasonably cooperate with Landlord’s Security Personnel, including providing Landlord’s Security Personnel with access to, and reasonable use of, the lobby desk located in the North Lobby, (iii) the security contractor (if any) providing Tenant’s Security Personnel to Tenant hereunder shall comply with Landlord’s reasonable insurance requirements, and (iv) Tenant’s Security Personnel shall comply with rules and regulations reasonably established by Landlord relating to security and access control for the Project. Tenant shall provide Landlord written notice of the names of Tenant’s Security Personnel prior to any of Tenant’s Security Personnel performing security services hereunder. Landlord’s Security Personnel and Tenant’s Security Personnel are each “Security Personnel”. In addition, (a) all of the Security Personnel shall be licensed and bonded and shall at all times maintain any and all required licenses or other governmental permits required in connection with any weapons carried by Security Personnel and/or the performance of its duties under this Lease and shall at all times conduct themselves in a manner consistent with a first class office building project, (b) a commercially reasonable background check shall be performed on all Security Personnel, and (c) all of the Security Personnel shall be union labor and comply with the Mission Bay Requirements and the Underlying Documents.
Security Personnel. Any individual designated by the Employer as a Security Captain shall be paid $1.00 per hour more than the Security Personnel rate. There shall be no requirement to designate a Security Captain. It is understood that the Security Captain may be required to perform regular security duties. APPENDIX "C” - IATSE LOCAL 669
Security Personnel. 1. All security personnel shall be required to wear uniforms provided by the Board. A uniform shall mean a shirt and a badge. The Board shall provide three (3) short sleeve shirts with patches and one (1) long sleeve shirt with patches. After one year of employment, all security personnel can choose which combination of four long and/or short sleeve shirts as replacements.
Security Personnel. To employ security personnel or other means reasonably satisfactory to Agent to protect from theft or vandalism all portions of the Project and all tools and building materials stored at the Premises.
