NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted under any circumstances at gatherings where the guest of honor is under twenty-one (21) years of age. If alcohol is found it will result in automatic loss of deposit.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Member's Initials Member hereby expressly understands that any and all alcoholic beverages and/or illegal controlled substances are strictly prohibited. Should CCECA or one of its agents or employees discover that this provision is being violated, CCECA, its agent, or employee shall evict Member from the premises and Member shall vacate the premises immediately.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. IT IS ILLEGAL TO HAVE OR CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN A CITY PARK.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. No alcoholic beverages, intoxicants, controlled substances or tobacco in any forms shall be brought onto the property of the District in accordance with BP 3555. Persons under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or controlled substances shall be denied participation in any activity.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. 8. Use of phone will be minimal: line 1 will be used, no long distance calls.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. 4. Overnight use is conditional, requiring 4 days’ advance notice and Board approval.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES or illegal substances allowed on the Premises at any time. Violation of this provision cancels this Agreement and forfeits any monies paid.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. 7. No Smoking Of Any Kind; Including Vaping .
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed on premises.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. 9. NO use of personal flammable cooking devices inside or outside of the Lodge Building or on Town Hall grounds.
