Willsons is ‘Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) and is a member of the Associates of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) as well as a registered member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Willsons operates a complaint handling procedure which is available upon request. Please detail any potential conflict of interest which may exist between you and Willsons (including an employee) which needs to be disclosed i.e. any business association or family relationship.
REGULATION COMPLIANCE. Signature, submission and performance of this Agreement does not violate any of either Party’s business licenses, articles of association and other company documents, no matter what form presented, and also does not violate the binding of any laws, regulations and the provisions of the contract documents.

Tenant agrees to comply promptly with and conform to the requirements of all applicable statutes, laws, by-laws, regulations, ordinances, and orders from time to time or at any time in force during the term hereof and affecting the condition, equipment, maintenance, use or occupation of the Premises and with every applicable regulation, order and requirement of the governing underwriters’ association or anybody having similar functions or of any liability or fire insurance company by which the Landlord and the Tenant or either of them may be insured at any time during the term hereof, and that, in any event of the default of the Tenant under the provision of this sub-clause, the Landlord may itself comply with any such requirements as aforesaid and the Tenant will forthwith pay all costs and expenses incurred by the Landlord in this regard and the Tenant agrees that all such costs and expenses shall be recoverable by the Landlord as if the same were additional rent reserved and in arrears under the Lease.
