Right to Refuse Service. Wonderfly reserves the right to refuse access to any area of Wonderfly's facilities or access to Premium Games and Activities if the Client or guests of Client are engaging in disruptive and/or hazardous behavior or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Premium Games and Activities include Bubble Ball, Hamster Ball, Arrow Tag, Nerf, Dodgeball, Virtual Reality, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Playstation, Soccer, Football, Cornhole, Basketball, Frisbee, Spikeball, Angry Bird, Gaga Ball, Ping Pong, Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, or any other games/activities taking place within Wonderfly Arena. Refusal of service due to these circumstances shall not entitle the Client to any refund of any booking fees.

Right to Refuse Service. Service Provider retains the right to refuse care or service based on Service Provider’s professional opinion. Service Provider also has the right (but not the obligation) to call 911 or refer Client to further medical attention if deemed necessary by Service Provider or any other health care provider.
Right to Refuse Service. Jax has the right to refuse service to any person or dog, including existing customers. The Owner gives Xxx, at their discretion, the right to muzzle, crate, restrain, or isolate the Dog as needed to calm the Dog and/or keep the staff or other dogs safe, if necessary.

Company further reserves the right to make edits, revisions or changes to the manner of any content, materials or information posted, transmitted or displayed on the Site or Client Portal, and the like. This excludes content, materials or information posted or transmitted by a Hiring Attorney that is required for a Freelance Attorney or Freelance Paralegal to complete an Assigned Project.
Right to Refuse Service. Company may refuse, without liability, to perform services that are deemed unlawful in the opinion of outside counsel, or for which Company has received notification of illegality from a government source with appropriate jurisdiction. Company will use reasonable efforts to give Customer prior notification in the event of any such determination.
