Consumption of Alcohol. Under North Carolina law, it is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 to possess or consume alcoholic beverages, including wine or beer. It is also unlawful for any person to buy alcoholic beverages for or furnish them for any purpose to anyone under the legal drinking age. Inside the apartment is the only place in the complex where persons of legal drinking age are permitted to possess or consume alcoholic beverages. Public display of open alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the common areas (outside the apartment including porch or balcony) of the apartment complex. Excessive drinking and intoxication will not be tolerated. The possession or storage of large beverage containers (i.e. kegs) either full or empty is strictly prohibited. Tenants who choose to drink will be held fully responsible for their own and their guests’ behavior while under the influence of alcohol.
Consumption of Alcohol. Alcohol consumption in the Marina is prohibited, except in in areas permitted by law.
Consumption of Alcohol. The consumption of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited. Those who are suspected of either being under the influence of or in possession of alcohol (because of odor, disruptive behavior etc.) are also in violation of this policy.
Consumption of Alcohol. I understand the Collegiate Club Sports’ guidelines regarding the consumption of alcohol and use of illegal substances. I agree to refrain from alcohol consumption during all official team functions. I understand that I am responsible for the behavior of all club members at all official team functions and during the entire duration of team trips.
Consumption of Alcohol. Drinking and/or carrying open liquor is permitted only within the resident’s room and lounges, unless otherwise directed by the Residence Office.
Consumption of Alcohol. Only alcohol which has been purchased from the Hall Bar may be consumed at the Hall. Express permission must be obtained from the WVHA in advance of your hire should you wish to provide or consume alcohol that has not been purchased from the Hall Bar (wine or prosecco only). WVHA reserves the right to charge an appropriate corkage fee to compensate it for the loss of revenue should hirers choose to supply their own alcohol. Any alcohol supplied by hirers must be delivered to the Hall prior to the event so that the appropriate corkage fee can be calculated in advance. Corkage fees must be paid to WHVA at or before the time of the event. The Hall Bar will not be available at birthday parties or social events for teenagers and the hirer is not permitted to supply their own alcohol at such events. Drunk and disorderly behaviour and supply of illegal drugs You must ensure that in order to avoid disturbing neighbours of the hall and avoid violent or criminal behaviour:
Consumption of Alcohol. I acknowledge that the Tour may involve the consumption of alcohol. If I am participating in the consumption of alcohol, I represent and warrant to TOUR CO that I am over the legal drinking age of 21. I fully understand that there may be consumption of alcohol before, during and/or after the Tour and at visits along the Tour either by me or other participants on the Tour. I understand and acknowledge the potential risks and dangers associated with the consumption of alcohol. I am aware that this activity includes the risk of injury and even death, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate, knowing that it may be hazardous to my property and me. I understand that TOUR CO does not require me to consume alcohol to participate in the Tour. I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility NOT TO BECOME INTOXICATED during the Tour, and that TOUR CO is not responsible if I become intoxicated. I take full responsibility for any liability associated with my intoxication, during or after the Tour. I acknowledge that TOUR CO assumes no liability for injuries that may occur to me or others, and no liability for any civil or criminal violation or damages that may be assessed against me as a result of my being intoxicated before, during or after the Tour.
Consumption of Alcohol. Not to use or allow the Premises to be used for the consumption or sale of alcohol without first obtaining the written consent of the Lessor and the Lessor shall determine any application for its consent in accordance with any alcohol policy of the Lessor from time to time.
Consumption of Alcohol. 29. The Operator shall ensure alcohol is consumed at the Recreation Facilities only in accordance with applicable laws (including municipal bylaws).
