Use of Likeness. As part of the consideration for this Housing Agreement, Resident authorizes Owner and its affiliates to make photographs and video recordings of Resident in community and resident amenity areas, and irrevocably grants Owner and its affiliates a royalty-free license to use Resident’s image and likeness for all lawful purposes, including promotional purposes in advertising, video, web, social media and other formats.

You understand and agree that the term "photograph" as used herein encompasses both still photographs and video recordings. You further grant Blue Chip and the holder of the Event full unrestricted rights to the use of your photograph, voice, and likeness in any form, including edited versions, in or over any medium including without limitation streaming audio and/or video over the internet, broadcast, cable, satellite transmissions, and media that are unknown at this time, worldwide for any purpose including without limitation any commercial purpose.

By participating in the Virtual Event you acknowledge and agree to grant Virtual Event the right at the Virtual Event to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to Virtual Event includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.

By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant ConnectWise the right at the Event to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to ConnectWise includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
Use of Likeness. I will not, directly or indirectly, endorse, speak on behalf of, or allow my name or likeness to be used to in any way promote any competitive business or competing product during my employment with the Company. During my employment and after my employment with the Company ends, I consent to the Company’s use of my image, likeness, voice, and other characteristics in connection with the Company’s operation of the Company’s business and its promotion and sale of its products and services. I release the Company from any cause of action which I may have or may have arising out of the use, distribution, adaptation, reproduction, broadcast, or exhibition of such characteristics.

Use of Likeness. The Xxxxxx JCC reserves the right to photograph and/or videotape activities for use in publicity and promotional materials. Please notify the Xxxxxx JCC in writing if you do not want photos of yourself or your family members to be used.
