SERVICE OF ALCOHOL. The Company is in full support of the Responsible Service of Alcohol laws set out by the state of Queensland. The Company is not licensed to sell alcohol at the Venue. All alcohol is strictly limited to the Client providing their own, however the Company warrants its Service Staff are RSA certified and trained to serve the Client’s alcohol at the Event, if provided. The Company is responsible for the safety of any function held within the Venue and therefor reserves the right under Queensland law, to cease the service of alcohol if a Guest is deemed to be intoxicated or a danger to other Guests or Service Staff. The Company also reserves the right to remove or refuse re-entry to Guests who are behaving in a dangerous or disorderly manner. Liquor Licence laws restrict the service of alcohol by the Company in the Venue to be strictly limited to the hours between 10am and 11pm which is non-negotiable. Guests under the age of 18 are welcome at the Venue however may not consume any alcohol as a part of the Event.
SERVICE OF ALCOHOL. Engineers Australia is not a licensed venue. If alcohol is to be consumed at the Venue, the Hirer must use the services of external caterers who hold the appropriate Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and also carry sufficient licence to supply and serve alcohol.

If alcohol is being served as part of the Services, Service Provider assumes all responsibility for complying with and enforcing state and local laws relating to the sale of alcohol. Service Provider will be responsible for checking attendees for legal drinking age and any collection of money from the bar. Further, Service Provider agrees to maintain adequate liquor liability insurance and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Northeastern, its trustees, employees, students and agents from and against any and all liability, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) in any way related to Service Provider’s provision of alcohol in violation of the terms hereof or applicable law.
SERVICE OF ALCOHOL. No person under the age of 18 may consume alcohol on the premises. Any person considered to be intoxicated will not be served alcohol and may be asked to leave the premises. CHILDREN The client is responsible for all persons under the age of 18 years attending the function. DECORATIONS Signs, banners, and decorations to the event must be approved by the functions manager. No nails, screws, adhesives or fastenings are to be used without prior approval. SMOKING POLICY Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony. Smoking is not permitted inside the building. 21ST BIRTHDAY FUNCTIONS A guest list is required and security is compulsory for all 21st birthday functions. The sale of alcohol is not permitted without a permit and prior knowledge of Kembla Joggers. NO ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES BY INDIVIDUALS. SYSTEM OF ENFORCEMENT A written system approved by the County must be in place before an event involving alcohol in any way. Said system must address plans for dealing with overconsumption of alcohol, preventing consumption by underage persons, and removal of disorderly persons from county property.
SERVICE OF ALCOHOL. Mulpha holds a Commercial Special Facility liquor licence (Mulpha’s Liquor Licence) for the area where the function will be held. As such, Mulpha has continuing obligations under the Liquor Act 1992 Qld (Liquor Act). If we consent to you hosting a social function on the Site that involves the service of alcohol, for the duration of the function and only to the extent required under the Liquor Act and Mulpha’s Liquor Licence (as determined by Mulpha in its sole discretion), Mulpha will grant to the exhibitor a sublease of the area where the function will be held or grant a right to supply alcohol. SERVICE OF ALCOHOL. The service of alcohol shall be managed exclusively by The Proper Pig (“Bartender”), and Renter shall contract separately and directly with Bartender for all such services. BVB reserves the right, but undertakes no obligation, to remove intoxicated persons from the Premises. Renter shall not provide any beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, except through the Bartender listed here.
