User is responsible for maintaining the security of any passwords or other access keys provided to User for any restricted portions of this Website. User information may also be provided to third-parties such as association property management companies to allow them to respond to questions or concerns raised by Users. A User that wishes to limit the use of any information that it may provide should contact the HOA as described in Section 10 of this Agreement.

In order to protect yourself against fraud, you should adhere to the following guidelines: Do not give out your account information, password, or User ID Do not leave your PC or internet enabled device unattended while you are on the credit union’s online banking site Never leave your account information within range of others Do not allow your internet browser to store your online banking User ID or password Do not send privileged account information (account number, password, etc.) in any public or general email system If you suspect your online banking credentials have been compromised, use the password change feature within the User Options sections of the Service to change your password If you believe your password has been lost or stolen, or you suspect fraudulent activity on your account, call the credit union immediately at (000)000-0000 or (000)000-0000 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday thru Friday, or 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Saturdays. Telephoning us is the best way to minimize your losses and liability.

Notify us immediately if you believe that your credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone has attempted to access your Online Banking. Passwords should not be easy to guess; for example: birth dates, names or other easily identifiable information should not be used. Do not write down your password. Do not leave your device unattended while you are in the Bank's Online Banking site. Do not allow your Internet browser to store your Online Banking User ID or Password. Never leave your account information within range of others. Do not send privileged account information (account number, Password, etc.) via any public or general e-mail system. If you believe your Password has been lost or stolen, please use the Password Change feature within the User Options section of the Service to change your Password. Notify the bank immediately if your password has been compromised. Security & Privacy. Personal Data will be treated as confidential and processed and stored as such. RENAULT implements appropriate security measures in order to protect the personal data it processes. All information collected by RENAULT is stored on secure servers. However, for transmission by communication networks, Renault cannot guarantee that safety and protection from interception is absolute. Access to Connected Services is by password. The Beneficiary must not share his password and must keep it confidential.
