Events and Activities. The Town and LLT shall work cooperatively on expanding and enhancing the products and service options of the Facilities by offering new and appropriate activities. The Town supports LLT's addition of special events, festivals, activities, tours, and educational programs, and the Town will work with LLT and other Town and LLT partners in facilitating these events. LLT and the Town shall solicit cooperatively "new business" and "new users" for the beach, with the intent to drive additional patronage of the beach in enhancement of local tourism.

The court must decide: (1) how the parents will make decisions about the child(ren), and (2) their living arrangements and schedule. Decision Making Major Decisions We can communicate and make joint decisions in the child(ren)’s best interests regarding the child(ren)’s education, healthcare, religious training, and other major decisions. When Mother Father either parent is unavailable due to , the other parent may make major decisions independently. When Mother Father either parent doesn’t respond within hours/days, the other parent may make major decisions independently. When we can’t reach agreement after a good faith effort to discuss and communicate with each other, then Mother Father may make major decisions independently. It is difficult for us to make joint decisions regarding our child(ren), so Mother Father will make decisions regarding the child(xxx)’s education, healthcare, religious training, and other major decisions.
