Xxxxxx Bank means Xxxxxx Bank Limited, a pubic limited banking company incorporated on 3 June 2007 pursuant to the Bangladesh Bank (Nationlisation) Order No. 1972 (PO No. 26 of 1972), with its principal office at 00-00, 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, together with its successors;
