Information Collected. (a) The University may collect information as required for compliance with the University’s contractual, legal and statutory obligations or as otherwise required to give effect to this Agreement.

We retain the right to disclose submitted or collected information if required to do so by law or if acting on a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to protect Our rights or property or to respond to an emergency situation.

You acknowledge and agree that CSC will collect and retain the following information: (i) the original creation date of the registration; (ii) the submission date and time, and the contents, of all registration data (including any updates submitted) to Us and by Us to the proper registry; (iii) communications (electronic or paper form) constituting registration applications, confirmations, modifications, or terminations and related correspondence between You and Us, including this Agreement;

Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on Riskonnect’s web sites (such as the web pages viewed and the links clicked). Additional information about the collection of Web Site Navigational Information by Riskonnect can be viewed in Section 4 of this Privacy Statement. With respect to employees and non-employee personnel of Riskonnect, on occasion, transfers personnel data to the United States in connection with the efficient management and operation of Riskonnect, enabling all Riskonnect personnel to communicate with one another and work together, human resources and benefits administration, and safety and security processes. Riskonnect may also transfer employee and non-employee personnel data to an agent of Riskonnect in connection with the above purposes, such as a payroll provider, benefits provider or background-screening provider. Personnel data may also be processed and transferred to the United States in connection with collection and discovery requests in the context of litigation or government investigations, and in such context it may be made available to adverse parties in litigation or governmental entities.

Our Sites and applications are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from children under 18. If you believe that we are processing the personal information pertaining to a child inappropriately, we take this very seriously and urge you to contact us at support@velovita. com. If we otherwise obtain knowledge that we have personal identifiable information about a child under 18 in retrievable form in our files, we will delete that information from our existing files so that it is not retrievable.

The Company and/or the Participant’s employer collects and maintains certain personal information about the Participant that may include name, home address and telephone number, date of birth, social security number or other government or employer-issued identification number, salary grade, hire data, salary, citizenship, job title, any Ordinary Shares of the Company, or details of all RSUs or any other entitlement to Ordinary Shares awarded, canceled, vested, or unvested (collectively “Personal Data”).
