Re-disclosure of confidential personal records provided by DORS to KARINA ASSOCIATION, INC. is prohibited except when permitted in accordance with federal or state law. • DORS and KARINA ASSOCIATION, INC. will arrange joint training and staff conferences to exchange information concerning functions and responsibilities of staff, in order to effectively meet the needs of individuals served. • DORS and KARINA ASSOCIATION, INC. shall assure that training programs and other services are accessible to individuals who are sensory impaired, including deaf and hard of hearing, blind, vision impaired and deaf-blind.
