More Definitions of Approved Services

Approved Services means Services which meet or exceed the standards for that type of Service established as of the date hereof.

Approved Services shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Reimbursement and Indemnity Agreement;

Approved Services means the support services provided by a TMO to male survivors of sexual violence that are endorsed by TTA/MSA and described in Schedule A to this Agreement. Confidential Information means all confidential and proprietary information including all organisational and/or survivor data.

Approved Services means the services which the Licensee may (but is not obligated to) offer to Venues, as described in clause 3 of schedule 1.

Approved Services means services rendered by Borrower, a Secured Credit Party, or a Managed Practice in the ordinary course of business, in compliance in all material respects with all laws, and consistent with the services rendered by Borrower, the Secured Credit Parties and the Managed Practices throughout all or substantially all of its business operations as of the Closing Date. Approved Services may include Medical Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless Agent shall otherwise agree in writing, Approved Services shall not include cosmetic surgery services.

Approved Services means the Program Specific expectations set forth in the Agency Information & Contract Summary (Attachment No. 1), which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement.

Approved Services means facility services provided by a long-term care facility and community services provided by a service provider and includes services for which funding is provided under section 28.5; (“services approuvés”)
