Persons Served Clause Samples
The "Persons Served" clause defines which individuals or groups are eligible to receive services under the agreement. It typically outlines specific criteria such as age, residency, or other qualifying characteristics that determine who may benefit from the services provided. By clearly identifying the intended recipients, this clause ensures that both parties understand the scope of service delivery and helps prevent misunderstandings or disputes regarding eligibility.
