The Assistant. Child Development Center positions shall be employed contingent on Categorical funds, student attendance and enrollment.
Educational Assistants An employee shall be considered a Part-Time employee where the employee is regularly scheduled to work less than twenty-five (25) hours per week during the school year.
Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.
Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:
Volunteer Peer Assistants 2. Assist peer assistants upon request during their off-duty time.
Employee Assistance The Employer and the Union recognize that alcoholism and chemical dependency are chronic and treatable conditions. Efforts should be made to identify these conditions and treatment options established at an early stage to prevent or minimize erosion in work performance. The Employer and the Union will encourage and support employees' participation in appropriate programs including the UW Care Link services, through which employees may seek confidential assistance in the resolution of chemical dependency or other problems which may impact job performance. No employee's job security will be placed in jeopardy as a result of seeking and following through with corrective treatment, counseling or advice providing that the employee's job performance meets supervisory expectations.
Other Assistance Assist SBEs in their efforts to obtain bonds, lines of credit and insurance. (Note that the Agency has a Surety Bond Program that may assist SBEs in obtaining necessary bonding.) The Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor(s) shall require no more stringent bond or insurance standards of SBEs than required of other business enterprises.
Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call. If available and if requested by Global Connection's end user. BellSouth shall provide caller-optional directory assistance call completion service at rates contained in Exhibit E to one of the provided listings.
Mutual Assistance The parties agree, subject to further proceedings required by law, to take such actions, including the execution and delivery of such documents, instruments, petitions and certifications, as may be necessary or appropriate, from time to time, to carry out the terms, provisions and intent of this Agreement and to aid and assist each other in carrying out said terms, provisions and intent of this Agreement.
Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.
Additional Assistance The Borrower shall provide such cooperation, information and assistance, and prepare and supply the Administrative Agent with such data regarding the performance by the Issuing Insurance Companies of their obligations under the Pledged Policies and the performance by the Borrower of its obligations under the Transaction Documents, as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent from time to time.
