All Exchanges as defined in the Definitions.
All Exchanges means all exchanges or quotation systems where trading has a material effect (as determined by the Bank) on the overall market for futures or options contracts relating to the Share;
All Exchanges means, in respect of a relevant Asseti, each exchange or quotation system where trading has a material effect (as determined by the Calculation Agent) on the overall market for futures or options contracts relating to such Asseti.
