REFERENCE CLAUSE. SECTION A: The provision set forth in this agreement shall be made a part of the teachers’ individual comprehensive contract, with the same force and effect as though fully set forth therein.

REFERENCE CLAUSE. A. The primary and supplemental duty contracts shall contain the following paragraph: “The Negotiated Agreement between the Board and the recognized bargaining agent is incorporated into this Contract by reference. The Negotiated Agreement shall have the same force and effect as though it were fully set forth in this Contract.”

It is agreed, by and between the Employer and the Stockton Teachers' Association, the agreements set forth herein shall be included, by reference, in contracts of all licensed employees represented by the Stockton Teachers' Association, which is defined in this agreement, and who are employed by Unified School District No. 271, Stockton, Kansas. These agreements shall be made a part of the employee's individual contracts, with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.

It is agreed, by and between the Employer and the Association, that the Agreements set forth herein shall be included, by reference, in contracts of all certified employees represented by the Association, which is defined in this Agreement, and who are employed by Unified School District #325, Phillipsburg, Kansas. These agreements shall be made a part of the employee's individual contract, with the same force and effect as though fully set forth therein.
REFERENCE CLAUSE. (A) A Recognition Committee for classification purposes of two representatives of each party be established to accept Company certification cards of proficiency for the following classifications: Pipelayer Manhole Builder (poured in place) Concrete Finisher Powder-man Form Setter Miner Driver The Certification Card must be clearly identifiable and contain member's name, Social Insurance Number, date of birth, etc. The Certification Card is to be used for Union Registration purposes only. The Card will not be used in any grievance procedures, nor will it be used to increase any hourly rate of pay (i.e. if a certified pipelayer is hired as a Labourer, he shall receive Labourer's rate of pay). Should there be any question of the Card holder's capabilities or proficiency, any employee or employer can make a request to the Committee for a review. The employee in question shall be sent to the Training Centre for a proficiency test. The Certification Card is not to be used for on the job assignments.
