Common use of REFERENCE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

REFERENCE CLAUSE. This professional agreement may not be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified except by the voluntary mutual consent of the parties in a written and signed amendment to this agreement. The Board and the Association agree to the commitments contained herein and give them full force and effect.
