Individual Contract. The individual contract, executed between each teacher and the Board is subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. It is specifically agreed that this Article takes precedence over and governs the individual contract and the individual contract is expressly conditioned upon this Article.
Individual Contract. Any individual contract between the Board and an employee heretofore or hereafter executed shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this agreement, then this agreement shall be controlling during its duration.
Individual Contract. Where State Statutes require that employees serve under individual contract, the Board agrees that each of the employees shall receive a copy of that contract within 30 calendar days after beginning employment. The provisions of the law of the State of Florida governing the awarding and maintenance of contracts shall apply. The following provisions shall apply to all teachers as defined in Article I of this agreement.
Individual Contract. The signed contract between the College and a faculty member which states salary or wages, dates of employment, and conditions of employment, all of which shall be consistent with this Agreement.
Individual Contract. Any individual teacher contract hereinafter executed shall expressly provide that it is subject to the terms of this and subsequent Agreements between the Board and the Association.
Individual Contract. Any individual contract between the board and an individual teacher heretofore executed shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this contract. Any individual contract hereafter executed shall be in the forms provided in Appendix C and shall be expressly made subject to and consistent with the terms of this or subsequent contract to be executed by the parties. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this contract, this contract, during its duration, shall be controlling.
Individual Contract. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be the terms and conditions of individual contracts of members of the bargaining unit.
Individual Contract. In the event a teacher is properly laid off in accordance with provisions of this Agreement and the law, the teacher's individual contract of employment shall terminate and the Board's obligation to pay salary or fringe benefits shall cease after receipt of all amounts or benefits earned on a prorated basis equal to
Individual Contract. The District will agree to add Standard and Supplemental Contract forms as appendices, but such contract forms shall be designated: "Attached to this Agreement for information and reference only, not as an integral part of this Agreement."
Individual Contract. Any “Individual Contract” between the District and a teacher shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
